Is the $49 report a one-time charge?
Yes. You pay once and receive the full report immediately. The 30-day data refresh is included at no extra charge. There are no recurring fees unless you subscribe to Pro.
What happens after the 30-day refresh window?
Your report remains accessible with the data as it existed at generation time. To refresh with current data, upgrade to Pro ($29/month) for unlimited refreshes.
Can I share my report with a lender or partner?
Yes. Every paid report includes a secure shareable link that you can send to lenders, investors, or business partners without requiring them to create an account.
Is there a refund policy?
All purchases are final. We make exceptions for two narrow cases: (a) a duplicate charge where you were billed more than once for the same report, or (b) a technical failure where no redemption link was delivered. Submit requests within 30 days to support@centerworthapp.com with your Report ID. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Does CenterWorth take payments now for the Operator program?
No. The Operator program is currently in pre-launch. Joining the founding operator list is free — we will contact you with payment details before launch. The founding price of $49/month will be locked for life.
CenterWorth automatically contributes 0.5% of eligible payments to carbon removal through Stripe Climate. There is no extra cost to you — this comes entirely out of our revenue.
We chose carbon removal specifically — not traditional carbon offsets. Offsets fund projects that reduce future emissions somewhere else; removal actually pulls existing CO₂ out of the atmosphere and stores it permanently. Stripe Climate pools contributions from thousands of businesses to fund frontier technologies: enhanced weathering, direct air capture, and ocean-based storage. These approaches are expensive today but represent the only credible path to reversing atmospheric CO₂ concentrations.
This contribution is separate from any future childcare-sector giving program we may establish. It applies automatically to every eligible transaction and is not a marketing claim we use to justify higher pricing.
