CenterWorth ("we", "us", or "our") operates this website and related services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when you use CenterWorth.
Information you provide directly: Your email address (for account creation, magic link authentication, and report delivery), business inputs you enter into the calculator (location, capacity, tuition rates, costs, staffing), and contact information you submit via the Operator interest form.
Automatically collected information: We collect anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, calculator steps completed, feature usage) to improve the Service. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Payment information: We do not store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We receive only a transaction ID and confirmation from Stripe.

Calculator submissions are retained for 12 months. Reports and purchase records are retained for 7 years (financial obligation). Email addresses collected for the Operator interest list are retained until you request deletion.
Benchmark contribution data and consent records are covered by the separate retention schedule described in Section 7 below.
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time from your account page or by emailing support@centerworthapp.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Specific data-rights actions available in your account:
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest for database storage. No password is ever stored — authentication uses single-use tokens. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CenterWorth offers an optional benchmark contribution program. If you choose to participate, certain operational data from your report (tuition rates, wages, occupancy, costs, margins) is anonymized and added to a shared statistical pool used to compute industry benchmarks.
Your identity is replaced with a one-way cryptographic hash before any data point is stored. Benchmark results are never shown for cohorts with fewer than 10 distinct contributors. If your geography does not have enough contributors, results are suppressed entirely — a partial count is never revealed. Contributing or revoking consent does not affect your report.
Participation is entirely optional and requires explicit opt-in. You can revoke consent at any time from your report page or from your account page. Revocation excludes your data from all future cohort computations. You may also submit a deletion request to have your benchmark contributions and consent records removed from our systems within 30 days.
We collect anonymized, aggregate usage events (report section views, calculator completion rates, feature interactions) to improve the product. These events do not include personally identifiable information and are not linked to your email address or report content.
CenterWorth is a business tool intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes to the benchmark contribution program will require renewed consent before your data continues to be included.
