These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CenterWorth (the "Service"), operated by the CenterWorth team ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CenterWorth provides a free childcare profitability calculator and paid financial analysis reports ("Reports") for childcare business planning purposes. Reports are planning tools — they are not financial, legal, licensing, tax, or investment advice.
Report ($49 one-time): Payment is charged once at purchase. Your Report is generated immediately and remains accessible via your account. A 30-day data refresh is included. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
Pro subscription ($29/month): Recurring monthly charge. Cancel anytime through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All Sales Final — No Refunds: CenterWorth reports are digital products delivered immediately upon payment. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout you acknowledge that the report is a digital good delivered instantly and that no refund will be issued once the redemption link has been created. We will, however, correct genuine billing errors — specifically: (a) a duplicate charge where you are billed more than once for the same report, or (b) a technical failure where no redemption link was delivered. Refund requests for these narrow exceptions must be submitted within 30 days to support@centerworthapp.com with your Report ID. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Chargebacks and card disputes: Designating a purchase as final sale does not waive your right to dispute a transaction with your card issuer. We cooperate fully with all chargeback and dispute processes and respond with purchase records and delivery evidence as required by Stripe and the relevant card network.
CenterWorth uses email-based magic link authentication — no passwords are stored. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to access another user's report or account; (c) scrape or systematically download data from the Service; (d) resell or redistribute Reports without our written permission; (e) use the Service to generate reports on behalf of clients for a fee without a commercial license.
All content, algorithms, benchmarks, and software comprising CenterWorth are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view and use your Report for your own business planning. Sharing a report via the secure share link for non-commercial purposes is permitted.
THE SERVICE AND REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. See our full Disclaimer.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
